Recently, from November 11th to 15th 2019, Mr. Shionoya - the person in charge of Asia and Mr. Nishimiya - the person in charge of Vietnam market of Riken Keiki visited customers in Vietnam and had a meeting at the head office of Vietnam Gas Detector Co.,Ltd. at the same time.

Through direct exchanges with customers who are using Riken Keiki products in the meetings, Riken Keiki representatives have gained a better understanding of the situation and needs of using gas detectors in Vietnam market. In the coming time, there have been suitable business strategic plans for the development of Riken Keiki in general and Vietnam Gas Detector Co.,Ltd. in particular in the following year.

In 2019, VNGD exceeded 22% of sales target compared to the set target. This is a great effort of all employees. At this meeting, the representative of Riken recognized the striving for such good results.

Within the meeting, the two sides have analyzed and assessed development opportunities for each industry. Total of about 10 major occupations have been, are having and continue to be in need of an Riken Keiki gas detectors. Based on the strengths to promote and minimize the weak points, the two sides agreed on a new revenue level next year which is DOUBLE GROWTH compared to 2019. This is a challenge but also an opportunity to help VNGD rise to a new level, comparable with other suppliers in Asia and beyond to around the world.
